Using the Appointments App

Store associates can use the Appointments app to book and manage customer appointments.

Appointments app overview

The Appointments App is designed for in-store use by store associates. It displays both appointments booked by customers using the Appointments widget and appointments manually booked by store associates on behalf of customers.

The Appointments App has two main views:

  • Store: displays all of the appointments made at a particular store.
  • Mine: displays only the appointments assigned to the store associate who is currently logged in to the app.


How To: Change appointment views

Appointments are displayed in a weekly view and ordered by day. The appointment view can be changed to display either all of the appointments at a store or only the appointments assigned to the store associate who is currently signed into the Appointments App.

To view appointments for the entire store, select Store from the home page.

To view appointments assigned to the logged in store associate, select Mine from the home page.

How-To: Book an appointment

Store associates can manually book appointments on behalf of customers using the Appointments App.

  1. From the home page, select > Book Appointment.
  2. Select an Appointment Type from the displayed list.
  3. Select a day and an available time slot.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Fill in the guest name, email, and any other relevant fields.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Ensure that the booking information displayed on the Review Details page is correct.
  8. Select Book Appointment.
How-To: Reschedule an appointment

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, a store associate can do so using the Appointments App.

  1. From the home page, select the appointment you would like to reschedule.
  2. Select > Reschedule Appointment.
  3. Select a new day and available time slot.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Ensure that the booking information displayed on the Review Details page is correct.
  6. Select Reschedule Appointment.
How-To: Cancel an appointment

If an appointment needs to be canceled, a store associate can do so using the Appointments App.

  1. From the home page, select the appointment you would like to cancel.
  2. Select > Cancel Appointment.
  3. Select OK to confirm the cancellation of the appointment.
How-To: Assign an appointment to an associate

You can assign an unassigned appointment to a store associate using the Appointments App.

Note
To assign appointments, you need the appropriate permissions (i.e. manager).
  1. From the home screen, select an unassigned appointment card.
  2. Select Assign.
  3. Select a store associate from the list.
  4. Select Assign.
How-To: Reassign an appointment

You can change the store associate assigned to an appointment using the Appointments App.

  1. From the home page, select the appointment that you want to reassign.
  2. On the Appointment Details page, select the assigned associate.
  3. Select the associate that you want to reassign the appointment to .
  4. Select Reassign.
  5. Select Assign to confirm the reassignment.
How-To: Filter appointments

Using the Appointments App, you can filter appointments to view them by assignment status or appointment type.

  1. From the appointments home page, select .
  2. Select the filters you want to apply.
  3. Select Done.

To clear all filters, select > Clear All.

How-To: Confirm appointment attendance

From the Appointment Details page of the Appointments App, store associates can mark whether or not the customer attended their appointment.

To mark appointment attendance, select the appointment that you want to mark attendance for from the home page and select Mark as Arrived or Mark as No-Show on the Appointment Details page according to your need.
