Address Autocompletion
Address autocompletion allows a user to add a shipping or billing address for product delivery using predicted suggestions. This enhances both app usability and the user experience. Tulip offers an out-of-the-box integration with Google Places API for address prediction and location bias. The retailer can decide whether or not they wish to use Google Places API by turning the configuration on or off.
Address Validation
Tulip offers an Address Suggestion API that is responsible for receiving a search string from the front end, and calling a third-party API in order to get suggestions, in a standard format. The third-party API could be selected by the customer based on their preference, geographic presence, and contractual agreements.
Payment Methods
Tulip offers the following APIs with regards to payment methods:
- Payment API is responsible for the storing and retrieval of payments made using the Tulip-enabled device.
- Device Configuration API is responsible for administering and retrieving device configuration details for any supported payment hardware.
- Refunds API is responsible for the storage and retrieval of refunds made on the Tulip-enabled device.
To configure a service provider-specific payment processor, contact Tulip or your system integrator. Tulip offers an out-of-the-box integration with the Adyen SDK and the Square SDK.
