Store Locations

Store Locations enables store associates to view all stores for the retailer and the store’s information such as phone number, address, and hours of operation.

Having access to all store locations makes it easy for associates to share store information with their customers, such as cases when customers are on vacation in a different city or country.

Search#

Within the list of available store locations, associates can easily search for a store of choice using the store’s name or the store code.

Note: The list of stores displayed within the Store Locations tab are limited to stores that are using Tulip.

Store Details#

For easy retrieval by the associate, the following details are displayed for each store:

• Store Name
• Store Code
• Phone Number
  • This is valuable in the case associate wants to call the particular store to inquire on the availability of a product.
• Full Address
  • This is helpful in scenarios when the associate wants to direct the customer to a particular store by providing them with the full address.
• Store Hours
  • The associate can also provide store hours to the customer to avoid any inconvenience on behalf of the customer.
• Map of Store Location
  • The map is valuable in a shoulder-to-shoulder environment with customers where the associate can show the precise location of a store on the map.
