Logging In

To log in to the administrative section, use the same log in form as the regular user. In the “Select Store” type in (admin type users will not be listed as part of the dropdown) the preassigned administrative credentials, e.g. “tenant_admin”.

Admin log in prompt is displayed.

Once logged in successfully, you will be redirected to the Admin section of the application.

Admin Main Screen

When logged is as an administrator, the user has the ability to:

  • Add new stores
  • Edit existing store’s Name and Password
  • Add, edit, disconnect, and delete Webhooks
  • Access the auto-generated Key for accessing Tulip’s Fulfillment API
  • Add a Shippo Key
  • Create, edit, disable, and delete customizable Shipping Boxes
  • And configure Curbside Pickup

The Store Management Menu is open when an administrator first logs in, it looks like this:

Admin Menus

On the left side of the Admin Main Screen, there is a navigation bar with the following choices:

The functionality of each Admin Menu is as follows:

Add a New Store

  1. Tap the Add New Store button in the top right hand corner of the Store Management Admin Menu.
  2. The Store Management menu is open and the Add New Box button is in the top right corner.
  3. Fill out the Store Code, Store Name, and Store Password.
  4. Tap Save to officially create the new store.

Managing Users

Add users to stores

  1. On the User Management page, in the upper-right corner, select Add New User. User Management page in Tulip Fulfillment Admin app showing the Add New User button
  2. On the Create User panel, enter a username and a password, and then select Save.
The new store user appears on the User Management page.

Assign users to stores

  1. On the User Management page, in the list of users, select Stores corresponding to the user you want to assign to stores. User Management page in Tulip Fulfillment Admin app showing the Stores button
  2. On the Stores dialog, select the stores you want to assign the user to, and then select Save.

Managing Webhooks

Add a webhook

  1. Tap the Add Webhook button in the upper-right corner of the Webhooks Admin Menu. The Webhooks Menu is open and the Add Webhook button is in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Fill out a Payload URL and Authentiation Method.
  3. Tap Save to add the New Webhook.

Editing an existing webhook

  1. Tap the ellipses menu next to the Webhook that you want to edit within the Webhooks Admin Menu. a. The ellipses menu can be found under the Actions column on the Webhooks display screen.
  2. Tap the Edit button in this menu.
  3. Adjust the Authentication Method, Username, and Password as needed.
  4. Tap Save to make the adjustments official.

Disconnecting and deleting webhooks

  1. Tap the ellipses menu next to the Webhook that you want to disconnect or delete within the Webhooks Admin Menu.
    • The ellipses menu can be found under the Actions column on the Webhooks display screen.
  2. Tap either the Disconnect or Delete button in this menu. The ellipses menu is open showing Edit, Disconnect, and Delete options.

    API Key Menu

    Find your auto-generated Key for accessing Tulip’s Fulfillment API in the API Key Admin Menu.

    Shippo Key Menu

    Input your Shippo Key in the Shippo Key Admin Menu. Use the Remove button next to the Shippo Key to remove the Key.

    Managing Shipping Boxes

    Create a new shipping box

    1. Tap the Create button in the top right corner of the Shipping Boxes Admin Menu. The Shipping Boxes Menu is open with the Create button in the top right corner.
    2. Fill in the name, dimensions, and units for the new shipping box.
    3. Tap Save to officially create the new shipping box.

    Edit an existing shipping box

    1. Tap the meatball menu next to the Shipping Box that you want to edit within the Shipping Boxes Admin Menu. a. The meatball menu can be found under the Actions column on the Shipping Boxes display screen.
    2. Tap the Edit button in this menu. The Shipping Box Menu is open with the ellipses Actions menu open , which includes the Edit button.
    3. Adjust the name, dimensions, and units for the shipping box as needed.
    4. Tap Update to make the adjustments official.

    Disable and delete shipping box

    1. Tap the ellipses menu next to the Shipping Box that you want to disable or delete within the Shipping Boxes Admin Menu.
      1. The ellipses menu can be found under the Actions column on the Shipping Boxes display screen.
    2. Tap either the Disable or Delete button in this menu.
