Prerequisites for using Tulip LiveConnect

Supported Apple devices

  • iPhone running OS 13.0 or later.
  • iPad running iPadOS 13.0 or later.
  • iPod touch running iOS 13.0 or later.
    Note: Video or voice chat is not supported on iPod touch.

Data requirements

You need to provide us the following data feed to enable various LiveConnect functionalities:

  • Product catalog data, to enable store associates share product info using LiveConnect
  • Store details like name and location etc., to enable message routing
  • Employee data, for chat responses
