Request management as a runner#

Switch between Open, In-Progress, and Completed runner requests.

Accept runner requests#

• Runners can Accept incoming requests.
• Associates are notified of a Runner accepting their request via push notifications to the device.

Take action on in-progress pequests#

On In-Progress requests, Runners mark requests as In Stock or Unavailable.

• Marking an item as In-Stock prompts the Runner to mark the item as Completed to confirm that the item was handed over to the Associate. 
• Marking an item as Unavailable prompts the Runner to provide a reason code for item unavailability that will be reported to inventory managers.

Push notifications#

Associates are notified of a resolution to their runner request via push notifications

to the device.
