New Request

  • Associate confirms the product request and sends off the request.

  • Runner receives the new request push notification.

Accepted Request

  • Runner accepts the product request from the Associate.

  • Associate receives the accepted request push notification.

Edit Request

  • Associate edits the product request details and sends off the update.

  • Runner receives the edited request push notification.

Cancelled Request

  • Associate cancels the product request and sends off the update.

  • Runner receives the cancellation push notification.

Found Request

  • Runner finds the product and sends off the update.

  • Associate receives the found request push notification. ** Unavailable Request**

  • Runner is unsuccessful in fulfilling the request and sends off the update.

  • Associate receives the unavailable request push notification.

Nudge

  • Associate nudges all Runners if an unassigned request is taking too long.

    All Runners receive a nudge push notification to accept the request.

  • Associate nudges the assigned Runner if their request is taking too long.

    The assigned Runner receives a nudge push notification to hurry with a resolution.
