Messaging

Tulip supports Email and SMS as part of basic messaging connectivity options. These can enabled through partner integrations to allow communications from Tulip Mobile Apps directly without leaving the Tulip Clienteling App. There is no need to launch and switch to another email client or a messaging app.

At a high level, using Tulip Messaging features, a user can:

  • Interact with customers after they leave the store with personal email or SMS/text messages
  • Include attachments to engage the customer
  • Use templates to draft communications quickly

Communication events are recorded and backed up securely in Tulip Cloud for easy retrieval. Valuable history can be passed along to future associates.

Tulip supports standard SMS text messaging and email natively to provide a simple yet powerful integration interface for all communications.
