Tulip offers a high performance, high availability index for caching product and customer data for searching and filtering.

These search services encapsulate query to backend and response handling by ensuring that the data persistence layer and index cache are able to provide an optimal user experience.

Tulip’s Integration Hub constantly synchronizes updates to data entities from client master systems as periodic updates trickle in, and reindexes the cache to ensure performance. These are established patterns in Tulip Platform and necessitate client master systems to synchronize data over to the Tulip Cloud Platform – as opposed to reaching out to the client’s backend synchronously to fetch and transform results through their web services and risking laggy performance.
